327 - John JR Robinson
JR Drums - The John Robinson discography includes Michael Jackson, Madonna, Lionel Richie, Natalie Cole, David Foster, Daft Punk, and Eric Clapton. That's just scratching the surface. And in addition to being the most recorded drummer in history, he's in the running for the nicest guy you could meet. Jon, Pete, and Niko sit down to get some of his thoughts on how he got to the pinnacle of the business.
326 - Mark Pattison 2

325 - KISS vs Eurythmics (#AlbumFight)
Dream Dynasty - With lyrical content no deeper than a baby pool, Kiss relies on the fantastic mix of smashing hooks, Kabuki flash, and groovy 4 on the floor disco beats as it takes on 80's icon the Eurythmics. Dave and Annie combine powerhouse vocals and Dave's synth sequences to take on a hall of fame monster. This episode features Jon hosting, Mike Lipari judging and former BIDS guest, and current Eagles back stage manager, Scott Pelkey. Thought this is an odd one...Richard Lackie guides us with his patent pending analysis. New addition to the show, Phil Green calls the corners.
324 - Peter Van Buren 2
Twitter Ban - Peter Van Buren is a friend of the show; and yet a pariah to many. Peter and Pete worked together on the same projects in Baghdad during Peter's State Department tour in Iraq. Peter became a whistleblower when he wrote his book, "We Mean Well." The DoS came after him, censoring him and his book. Now, Twitter has decided to ban Mr. Van Buren permanently because of his candor. We can guess about who reported Peter, and which tweet which was the offense...but that'd involve Twitter being transparent; which they aren't. We've asked Jack Dorsey to come on the show to discuss Twitter's decisions to terminate Peter's voice, he's elected to ignore the request.

Jordan (@JordanHarbinger) is joined by Christopher Lochhead (@lochhead) for this round of Feedback Friday! If you want us to answer your question, register your feedback, or tell your story on one of our upcoming weekly Feedback Friday episodes, drop us a line at email@example.com. Now, let's dive in! On This Week's Feedback Friday, We Discuss: How do you start finding opportunities in a newly created niche, and how do you find the factor that differentiates you from others in your field? Should a new author stick to self publishing, or is it worth it to chase a literary agent? Was LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman mistaken when he said: "If you are not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you've launched too late?" Should you bring in a more experienced partner for your new business -- even if you'd really rather go it alone? How do you price a new business? When learning to run the family business, how do you strike a healthy balance between respect for tradition and courage to try a new approach? How do you come up with a great new business name? Should you stay or should you go when the startup in which you have equity is run by a toxic b-hole? She is the lead investigator at human behavior research lab Science of People and author of Captivate: The Science of Succeeding with People. What We Discuss with Vanessa Van Edwards: What Albert Mehrabian's commonly misinterpreted 7-38-55 Rule of Personal Communication is -- and isn't -- telling us about nonverbal communication. The components of nonverbal communication including body language, facial expressions, and vocal tone, along with ornaments, proxemics, and haptics. The dangers of focusing so fully on expressing yourself with one component of communication that you neglect the others. The two metrics of essential nonverbal communication: confidence and engagement. Power posing and movement, and how to use our hands and eyes to engage. And much more... We are treasure hunters, we are adventurers,...we are the future.
Season 6: THE BOYS ARE BACK!!!!!!!
Listen this week as Dillon and Dutch speak on the secrets to a lasting celestial hegemony, the proper way to quell an illiterate rebellion, and how to skin a pig and keep it alive. It’s been a while since Dillon and Dutch recorded a podcast. We blame our previous corporate shills for that, but this time it’s different. This time we call the shots, and allude to mostly extreme and reckless behavior that is borderline illegal in every single soveriegn nation around the globe. This episode is probably the greatest comeback story to date, try not to get chills towards the end when Dillon invents the greatest interactive dinner party game in the history of the English speaking world. Try even harder not to fall into a puddle of your own tears when you realize its a recipe for overthrowing third world oligarchs. God bless, and welcome back to the third most popoular English speaking metal detecting podcast in the lower 48 states of the United States [...]
